Refund policy

At Scrappy Scribbles, each item is created and packed with care by me — a one-person small business. Because of this, minor discrepancies such as slight variations in color, alignment, or trimming may occur and are part of the handmade charm. To start a return or an exchange please email help@scrappyscribbles.com. Don’t forget to provide your order number and photos for a quick resolution. 

Returns

• Due to the nature of stationery products, all sales are final.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. 

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original condition. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

Please Note

Minor imperfections do not qualify as defects and are expected with small-batch production.
